Dr. Dre Tops Forbes Magazine's Music Rich List

Take That, Justin Bieber & Rihanna also feature in the top 25...

Hip-hop mogulDr. Dre has beaten the likes of Lady Gaga to top Forbes magazine's latest music rich list.
The publication has revealed its top 25 highest-earning music artists between May 2011 and May 2012, with Dre heading up the list after pocketing a cool $110 million.
UK man-band Take Thatmade a surprise appearance on the global list at No.5 after earning $69million, while Roger Waters ($88m), Elton John ($80m) andU2 ($78m) complete the top five.
Britney Spears also features at No.7 thanks to her huge pay-packet onThe X Factor USA, while The Beatles legend Paul McCartneyand Taylor Swift are tied in eighth place with $57million.
After investing in Spotify,Justin Biebermakes the grade at No.10 - with Katy Perry also making an appearance in the top twenty.
The list takes into account their earnings from records, tours, merchandise and business investments between May 2011 and May 2012, before taking away management fees and taxes.
