Drake 'Wants Breezy Brawl Lawsuit Dismissed'

Rapper reportedly wants lawsuit filed by nightclub bosses thrown out...

Drake has reportedly asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed against him by the investors of the New York nightclub where his alleged brawl with Chris Brown took place.

According to US website TMZ, bosses at Entertainment Enterprises filed the $16m claim against the rapper, claiming to have lost millions because of the "backlash of bad press" following the [uuid=065bec77-2073-4b5f-b9ec-e31b283d3f51]clash at W.i.P in June[/uuid].

The investors in question own a large share in W.i.P's sister nightspot Greenhouse, which shares the same building and liquor licence as W.i.P, and are allegedly claiming the club's reputation was damaged by the fracas.

But Drizzy is allegedly ready to testify that Greenhouse was already a "dangerous" venue with "a history of violence and other problems".

Entertainment Enterprises filed the lawsuit back in August, claiming that both Breezy and Drake arrived at the club with "at least 15 heavily built men trained and/or experienced in hand-to-hand and weapons combat".

And TMZ claims the legal documents also state that the rival rappers "crossed paths in one of the nightclubs and began to fight violently with each other", leaving other partygoers "terrorised".

Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, has already branded the lawsuit "frivolous".

Charges against both rappers were [uuid=9fd2df80-de7f-41fd-96b2-38309689a307]dropped last month[/uuid] due to a lack of evidence.
