This. Is. Not. A. Drill. Dua Lipa and Silk City, ie Diplo and Mark Ronson, just dropped their brand new track and music video for 'Electricity' that they've been teasing all week.

Silk City so far has been all about dance music homages, and we're getting some seriously sweaty 90s house vibes from this hot new track.

The music video sees Dua in New York, rocking bleach-blonde hair anddancing around her apartment with some iconic choreography that matches the 90s house vibes oh so well.

The solo dancing steadily evolves into a whole loft party that we so wish we could have attended. Diplo and Mark Ronson make cameos in the video too! They'rein the elevator in the same New York building as Dua’s party when the electricity goes out and they're trapped!

This is another of the bop-worthy singles they’ve been putting out under the Silk City moniker. The project seems to see them taking inspiration from distinct eras of dance music, with ‘Electricity’ in particular having strong 90s house influences.

Also released under the name is the infectiously catchy bop ‘Only Can Get Better’, and ‘Loud’ featuring Goldlink and Desiigner.
