WWE wrestler-turned-movie star Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock) looks set to play the lead role in a movie remake of popular 1980s action series The Fall Guy.
The original series saw Lee Majors playing Colt Seavers, a Hollywood stuntman who moonlights as a bounty hunter - tracking down criminals and fugitives in his pick-up truck.
The "reboot" was announced at the Toronto International Film Festival and is expected to be directed by McG - the filmmaker responsible for Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle and Terminator Salvation.
This is not the first time a transition to the big screen has been planned for the show.

The Hollywood Reporter, which broke the story about The Rock, reports that it was previously in development at both Warner Brothers and DreamWorks (with Nicolas Cage as star).
The project will be financed by Hyde Park Entertainment and WWE Studios.
