Dwayne Johnson And Kevin Hart In Talks For Jumanji Reboot!

Our fave odd couple could be bringing the magical board game back.

Mismatched odd couple Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart are fast becoming one of Hollywood’s favourite double-acts, having scored big laughs as co-hosts of the recent MTV Movie Awards and starring together in 'Central Intelligence.'

And apparently, they have another gig together on the horizon, with Sony keen to pin them down for its remake of family comedy classic 'Jumanji.'

For those of you unfamiliar with the original (how do you LIVE?), the film follows a pair of kids who come by a magical board game that has held Robin Williams captive for a quarter of a century.

Unwittingly releasing him, the trio go on to play the game once more, unleashing all manner of jungle-based madness into their lives. Maybe stick to Monopoly next time…

Johnson and Hart are apparently in early talks to join the project, which is being headed up by 'Bad Teacher' and' Sex Tape 'director Jake Kasdan. Both stars are thought to be keen to sign on, provided they can make their schedules work.

There’s no word as yet as to just how faithful Kasdan plans to be to the original, but given his track record and the proposed casting, can we possibly expect a more risqué version of' Jumanji? 'We’ll find out for sure when the film hits cinemas on July 28 2017.
