Ed Sheeran: 'Bieber Collaboration Wouldn't Work'

Give Me Love singer denies reports that he's been in the studio with JB...

Ed Sheeran may have penned songs for Justin Bieber.
Last month, JB's manager Scooter Braun sparked speculation that the red-haired star had teamed-up with Justin, after [uuid=17ce031c-a561-4923-b322-89b0ab1e253f]posting a series of tweets about Ed[/uuid] being in the studio.
However, the Lego House hitmaker has since told The Sun that he was actually helping out US singer Tori Kelly - who Scooter also manages.
He explained: "I met Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun in New York and he said he’s got this artist I want you to write with.
“Next time I was in LA, I was doing Jimmy Kimmel and he brought this girl to Kimmel and I met her straight afterwards. I then went to the studio and did a song.”

When asked about doing a possible track with Biebs, Ed added: "I don’t think a collaboration would work with Justin.
“I think collaborations should be done with people that can actually click. Two male singers makes it very difficult for it to work.”
