Ed Sheeran Finishes "Very First EDM Song" With Martin Garrix

The pair have finally completed work on their collaboration, thought to be called 'Rewind Repeat It'...

Ed Sheeran has taken to Instagram to confirm he's finished his "very first EDM song" with Martin Garrix.

The Don't singer posted a pic of himself and the Dutch DJ/producer in a recording studio, along with the caption: "Finished up my very first EDM song with Martin Garrix, brilliant experience, looking forward to you all hearing it."

Earlier this year, the Animals hitmaker confirmed that he was working with Sheeran, revealing how the track - thought to be called Rewind Repeat It- came about.

Back in July, he told MTV News US: "Like one or two days later he sent me a message with a voice note like, 'Do you like this?' and I was like, 'Oh, this is amazing!'"

He added:"(It's) almost finished, we're just tweaking! I"m tweaking the little things right now, he already delivered an amazing vocal and there are plans to work on a lot more tracks as well."

The 18-year old also teased that there would be two versions of the tune, explaining: "I am thinking about making two versions, one more sweet and one really for the festivals.

"Ed already delivered an amazing vocal and there are plans to work on a lot more tracks as well."

We can't wait to hear it!
