Ed Sheeran Reclaims No 1 Spot In Singles Chart

As Take That go straight in at top of Official UK Albums Chart...

Ed Sheeran has returned to the top of the Official UK Singles Chart, five weeks after he first landed there with Thinking Out Loud.

The ginger pop ninja held Union J's You Got It All off the No 1 spot, as the X Factor boy band landed at No 2.

And last week's chart-topper - Take That's These Days - fell to No 3.

Taylor Swift's Blank Space rose four spots to No 4 and the top five was rounded out by Olly Murs' Wrapped Up (ft. Travie McCoy).

Take That saw their new album III go straight in at the top of the Official UK Albums Chart, while Ed Sheeran's x remained at No 2.

Veteran rockers AC/DC had a new entry at No 3 with Rock Or Bust and Sam Smith's In The Lonely Hour was another non-mover at No 4.

One Direction's Four fell two places to No 5.
