Ed Sheeran Teases A Potential Collaboration With BTS And Fans Are Losing It

Ed Sheeran has hinted that a potential collaboration with BTS might be in the works after revealing that he’s sent the group a track that they “might be messing with.”

The singer spilled the information during a video interview with heatworld. When a fan sent a tweet in that read: "I want BTS x Ed Sheeran but when will they ever,” he pointed out that this sounds 100% feasible. 

Teasing that the K-pop group are considering recording a song that he penned, Ed answered: "I actually wrote a song that I think they might be messing with. I heard this the other day. But, yea, I don't know,” he said. “I really like BTS, though. I think they're really great."

As casual as his reply was, fans of the band are basically losing it over the thought of the finished track. 

“So you are telling me ed sheeran himself said that BTS has a song that he wrote... listen, ed himself saying there IS a possibility of ed x bts collaboration im SCREAMING,” one person said.

Another added: “ED SHEERAN REALLY SAID HE WROTE A SONG BTS MIGHT BE MESSING WITH??? ED SHEERAN X BTS IS PROBABLY HAPPENING SOON AND I DON'T THINK I'M EMOTIONALLY STABLE FOR IT BUT I JUST CAN'T WAIT, IT'S TOO BEAUTIFUL TO BE REAL.” 

BTS – made up of RM, Jimin, V, J-Hope, Jungkook, Jin and Suga – have worked alongside some huge names in the music industry so far, including Steve Aoki, Nicki Minaj, and Charlie Puth.
