Is Ed Sheeran Headlining Glastonbury 2017?
Ed Sheeran is apparently in talks with the Glastonbury organisers to headline in 2017. Excuse us while we scream into our pillows with excitement.
According to one of The Sun’s sources: “Ed has always wanted to do Glasto, it’s been a huge ambition.
“He’s one of the biggest artists in the world, and British, so bosses are desperate to book him.”
If both parties can come to an agreement, you can expect to see Ed walking out onto the Pyramid Stage in under a year.
Sheeran is no stranger to huge crowds. Last year, Ed played three MASSIVE shows at the 90,000 capacity Wembley Stadium.
If Sheeran does headline Glastonbury 2017, it’ll be all the more remarkable considering that he played the BBC Introducing stage in 2011.
Not bad, Ed. Not bad.
