Ellie Goulding has had a damn good year, but things are likely to get even bigger for the 27-year-old songstress in 2015.

Not only has she been recording with Drake, but she's also revealed that she'll be releasing her third studio album next year.

Speaking to Digital Spy at the Royal Variety Performance, she said: "The only big thing coming up for me now is my third album, which won't be out until next year. Everything is going into that."

Her previous albums - Lights and Halcyon - came out in 2010 and 2012 respectively.

And she was just as complimentary about working with Calvin Harris as the Scottish dance music maestro was about her.

She said: "He's a lovely guy and that makes it very easy, we just have a good chemistry."
