Elton John and hubby David Furnish have [uuid=9d01af04-116c-4d1e-abde-08383593d673]confirmed reports[/uuid] that they have welcomed a second child by a surrogate.
Last week, it was claimed that the Rocket Man singer and Furnish had become parents again, with the couple now announcing the birth of Elijah Joseph Daniel Furnish-John who arrived in Los Angeles on Friday evening (11th January).

Speaking to Hello magazine, Elton and Furnish stated: "Both of us have longed to have children, but the reality that we now have two sons is almost unbelievable.
"The birth of our second son completes our family in a most precious and perfect way.
"It is difficult to fully express how we are feeling at this time; we are just overwhelmed with happiness and excitement."
Their first son Zachary - who is thought to have the same mother as Elijah - was [uuid=d05bbbec-d2ce-404e-b1ea-cd4b38c2a861]born on Christmas Day 2010[/uuid].
