Alicia Keys, PSY, The Killers, Pitbull Join 2012 EMA Line-Up

They are all confirmed to perform at the star-studded bash next month...

Alicia Keys, The Killers, Pitbull and PSY have joined the sizzling line-up of performers at the 2012 MTV EMA in Frankfurt on 11th November.

Keys will perform a track off her highly anticipated fifth studio album Girl On Fire, while rapper/producer Pitbull will get the crowd dancing with a song from his hot new LP, Global Warming.

Las Vegas rockers The Killers will also make their triumphant return to the MTV EMA stage, with South Korean pop sensation and global phenomenon PSY making his MTV EMA debut with his signature smash, Gangnam Style.

These four incredible performers join previously announced acts Taylor Swift, Muse, No Doubt, Carly Rae Jepsen, fun. and Rita Ora.

Speaking of her involvement this year, Alicia said: "I’m crazy excited to share music from my new album Girl On Fire with the world.

"I feel such a powerful energy around me when I’m performing, especially on a night like the EMA.  It's electric!  I also get to be inspired by all of the other incredible artists.”

The Killers stated: "Roses are red, violets are blue, The Killers are coming to Frankfurt to play the MTV EMA.”

PSY added: “Since this is my first time to not only be nominated for an international award but perform in front of a worldwide audience, I am excited to give up my international virginity to the MTV EMA!”

Pitbull has received two EMA nominations (Best Male and Best Song for International Love feat. Chris Brown), and The Killers and PSY are up for one gong each (The Killers for Best Rock, and PSY for Best Video for Gangnam Style.)

As previously announced, Rihanna and Taylor Swift top the list of the 2012 MTV EMA nominees with six and five nods, respectively, with Justin Bieber and Katy Perry following closely behind with four nominations each.

Hosted by supermodel, entrepreneur and hometown girl Heidi Klum, the 2012 MTV EMA will air live on MTV from Frankfurt's Festhalle on Sunday, 11th November at 8pm - don't miss it!
