Charlie Sloth Hosts The Return Of Yo! MTV Raps For MTV Music Week

The MTV Music Week London announcements keep on coming today with the news that we’re bringing back the iconic show Yo! MTV Raps for one night only!

On Thursday 9th November at London’s XOYO, Charlie Sloth is set to bring a crew of special guests for one unforgettable celebration of the London rap scene.

Sloth said of the revival: “I’m so excited to be a part of Yo! MTV Raps in London. This is the show that inspired to get me into rap so bringing it to my home town is massive.”

Yo! MTV Raps originally ran from 1988 to 1995 and was the first hip hop music show on the network, credited with helping give rap music a global platform in the mainstream media. 

Trust us this is one night not to be missed.

Tickets for Yo! MTV Raps: LDN Presented by Charlie Sloth & Special Guests will be made available at 9am this Wednesday 25th October at mtvmusicweek.co.uk.

MTV Music Week, in partnership with VOXI by Vodafone and NOW TV takes place between Wednesday 8th November and Saturday 11th November, across various venues in London featuring intimate performances with top artists, music masterclasses from MTV stars and industry experts and much more.
