The Gorillaz rehearsal for their performance at tonights MTV Europe Music Awards has left spectators gobsmacked.
With the use of technical wizardry, tonights Gorillaz performance sees the animated apes rocking out on stage as life-size 3D holograms and it looks totally realistic.
Their rehearsal saw various stars and MTV presenters running out from the make-up room and backstage shiatsu massages to catch a glimpse of the Gorillaz in all their holographic pot-bellied glory and everyone appeared to be blown away by it.
Pharrell Williams, System Of A Down and Dave Grohl all loved it.
Joining, and dancing with, the multiple EMAs nominated apes on stage are the mighty De La Soul who appear to be on fine form.
