Lewis Hamilton has been announced as a last minute addition to the presenters list for the MTV Europe Music Awards which kick off in just a few hours.

The excitement in Munich is building in anticipation of the biggest night of the music calendar with all the stars currently heading for the red-carpet.

One of the sports stars of the year Hamilton will be on the German stage to present the gong for Most Addictive Track.

This year the Brit narrowly missed out on winning the Formula One championship.
