Liverpool To Host EMAs 08!

Liverpool has been chosen to stage the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2008.

The announcement has been made in this years host city Munich- where the gongs are being given out tomorrow.

The home of The Beatles will be European Capital Of Culture in 2008 so we thought it was only right that MTV held its biggest party of the year in the city.

Liverpool will become the third place in the UK to hold the ceremony after London and Edinburgh.

Taking place on November 06 2008, next year's ceremony will take place in the yet-to-be built Liverpool Echo Arena, which will be christened in fine MTV style.

We havent even got Munich out of the way yet and were already hyper excited about the show coming to our shores!
