More EMA Nominations
The MTV Europe Music Awards nominations for the Video Star and Best Act Ever gongs are out!
Competing for the one-off Best Act Ever award are Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Green Day, Tokio Hotel, U2 and surprisingly Rick Astley.
It seems his dedicated online fanbase have Rick-rolled him into the EMAs 2008!
Nominated for the Video Star award (for the best pop promo of the year) are Madonna, Snoop Dogg, Weezer, Santogold and 30 Seconds To Mars.
The Queen Of Pop has her only nomination of 2008 for 4 Minutes- which also features Justin Timberlake.
The MTV Europe Music Awards take place at the Liverpool Echo Arena on November 6.
Duffy, Coldplay and Britney Spears lead the nominations and Beyonce is so far the only act announced to perform.
