Pixie Lott has beaten Florence and the Machine, La Roux, The Saturdays and Tinchy Stryder to be named the EMAs Best New UK & Ireland Act.
The Mama Do singer now goes up against 21 artists from different countries across Europe to compete for the Best European Act award at our ceremony next month.
Acts like Holland’s Esmee Denters, Sweden’s Agnes and Deep Insight from Finland are also vying for the prize.
The MTV EMAs take place in Berlin on November 5 with Kings Of Leon and Lady GaGa up for the most awards on the night.
