Emeli Sande Scores Best-Selling LP Of 2012 So Far
Adele's 21 & Lana Del Rey's Born To Die are also in the mix...
Emeli Sande currently has the biggest-selling album in the UK so far this year.
The Scottish singer's debut LP Our Version Of Events has managed to shift a cool 928,000 copies since its release in February 2012 to achieve the feat.
Adele's sophomore album 21 - which was the best-selling disc of last year - is behind Emeli in second place, while Lana Del Rey's Born To Die completes the top three.
The Official Charts Company noted: "Every year, the run-up to Christmas sees a massive surge in CD sales and, increasingly over recent years, digital downloads on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
"And, as Michael Buble demonstrated this time last year with his Christmas album - which sold 1.2 million copies in the final quarter of 2011 - it is still possible for latecomers such as Olly Murs's Right Place Right Time, Girls Aloud's Ten, Jay-Z & Kanye West's The Throne 2, Tulisa's The Female Boss and Bruno Mars's Unorthodox Jukebox to make a huge impact on the year-end charts."
Sande will find out whether she has kept her place at the top of the pile when the final results of the best-selling albums of this year are announced in early 2013.
