Eminem Critcised For Violent 'Space Bound' Video
Parenting groups have hit out at Em for simulating suicide & murder..
Eminem has been slammed by parenting groups for his controversial Space Bound video.
In the promo, Em portrays a character who appears to have a split personally and sees him simulate suicide with a gun and strangle his on-screen girlfriend - played by porn star Sasha Grey - after he suspects her of being unfaithful.
Following its premiere earlier this week, parenting group Mothers Against Violence have criticised the video for showing an extreme method of suicide and violence against women.
A spokesperson for the group told The Mirror: "People who do this are really quite evil. Children are influenced by the things they see. If we feed violence, it becomes strong. Like an addiction."
They added: "It's all about the money with these videos. Eminem isn't thinking about the families affected. It's selfish – it comes to a point when selfishness becomes evil."
Space Bound is the fourth single to be taken from Em's hit Recovery LP, with the promo being directed by Love The Way You Lie director, Joseph Kahn.
