Eminem 'Felt Like A Baby' After Beating Drug Addiction

The Not Afraid rapper reveals he now 'sees the world through new eyes'...

Eminem has revealed that he felt 'like a brand new baby' after beating his addiction to prescription drugs.
The Zane Lowe on his Radio 1 show: "I almost felt like everything was new to me again,"
"The recording process was new, trees were new to me, nature - things that I never would appreciate before, I started learning to appreciate."
He added: "I felt like I was born again, so everything was all new, I was like a brand new baby."
Slim Shady also confessed that after rehab, the change in his mood affected his music claiming: "I got very happy with my sobriety and I started to get very giddy, so everything was just like a lot of laughter that replaced a lot of that sadness."
"I got really happy, so I wanted to write funny things. I was laughing again, i was joking again, so I feel like I was a little happy almost to the point where I was giddy…"
He added: "Those are the kind of records I was making. Now that I've settled into sobriety, I feel like I'm going back to normal."
Recovery producer DJ Khalil echoed Eminem's claims in an interview with our US team stating that Mather's passion is back on his new LP.
DJ Khalil said: "He's back. He really brought it. Every song that he played me, it just seemed like he had so much to say since Relapse"
"Every record is where you're at at that particular time. With him, I feel like he wanted to really express himself and really get out whatever feelings he had."
The producer added: "He talks about being sober, and he's been sober for over a year now, so he talked about that. He's gone through a transformation."
