Emma Roberts Arrested For Domestic Violence

Actress Emma Roberts was arrested for domestic violence in Canada after allegedly attacking her boyfriend Julia Roberts' niece was taken into custody in Montreal on July 7, apparently leaving her American Horror Story beau with a bloody nose and a bite mark. 

 

Montreal police officials confirmed details of the incident to MTV News US but could not verify the identity of those involved in the report, instead stating: "Your sources are probably pretty good."

 

Police also told our US Team that two cops were dispatched to the hotel at 2 p.m., where they arrested a woman - thought to be Roberts - on the spot.

 

The 22-year old star was later released just hours after her arrest as Peters declined to press charges - with sources close to Emma also denying that she had bitten Evan.

 

The Daily Mail adds that following the dispute, the couple are now back together. 

 

Roberts and Peters both star in Adult World, a film about poet trying to make her way in the real world after graduating from college, which is due for release later this year.
