Find out more about the Clean Bandit and DNCE collaborators...
Already achieving superstar status in their native Japan, experimental pop quartet End of the World have their sights set on world domination…
Having worked with DNCE on previous single ‘One More Night’, End of the World have recently unveiled their second English-language single and UK debut ‘Stargazer’.
A bittersweet but deeply uplifting song, ‘Stargazer’ bubbles witha blend of atmospheric piano, fizzing synth and straight-talking lyrics. Now accompanied by a beautifully striking music video set in a vast desert landscape, the track and video demonstrates the band’s ambition and global appeal.
Check out the latest headlines with today's MTV News:
One of the biggest and most popular groups in Japan, they initially turned heads with their experimental pop beats and stand-out aesthetic – the band’s DJ happens to be a buoyant masked clown called DJ LOVE!
Achieving countless hits in the Japanese Hot 100 and reaching over one million sales with their latest album Tree, the quartet have performed a number of crazy-huge shows, including two sell-out gigs at the country’s 72,000 seater arena, the Nissan Stadium!
With headline shows at the Roxy in LA and the Bowery Ballroom in New York, as well as a supporting slot on Clean Bandit’s US tour (EOTW featured on their ‘Rockabye’ remix), the band well and truly initiated their break into the US market last summer.
Make no mistake, with the release of ‘Stargazer’, you’ll be hearing a lot more from End of the World. A new venture into the UK scene, this band are more than ready to bring their extravagant shows and unique brand of experimental pop to Europe.
