Entourage Movie Wraps! Cast Celebrate With Entourage Style Wrap Party
Life imitated art last week as the cast and crew celebrated the end of the shoot...
That’s a wrap!
The cast and crew of Entourage have finished filming the big-screen adaptation of the hit television show, ending with a wrap party that “could have been a scene straight from the film,” Page 6 reports.
During the party, Entourage creator Doug Ellin thanked everyone who worked on the film and showed a number of hilarious outtakes. And, as befitting an Entourage party, there was plenty of tequila and beautiful women.
And while stars Adrien Grenier and Jeremy Piven didn’t make it to the bash, apparently Kevin Connolly turned up despite being on crutches. The star broke his leg while playing American Football on set.
Confirmed cameos in the film include footballer Thierry Henry and Angelina Jolie’s ex-husband, Billy Bob Thornton, who spoke out about his experience on set yesterday: “Doug said he wanted me to do a cameo in it and I figured I’d be playing myself but he’d actually written a character for me, who is a Texas oil billionaire who finances Ari’s movies.”
“I gotta say that the Entourage set was so relaxed and fun… It was a great experience, I had a great time doing it,” he added.
On Sunday the main members of the cast were on hand at the MTV Movie Awards to present Mark Wahlberg - who was the inspiration for the show - with an MTV Generation Award.
Entourage the movie is due out in June 2015.
