Last nights American Idol saw Syesha Mercado crash out of this years Idol competition!
A massive 56 Million votes secured Cowells perfect finale, leaving David Archuleta and David Cook to sing it out on the seventh-season finale of American Idol.
"There's too many words...I don't know what to say," Mercado said before she took to the stage for her last Idol performance "I just want to say thank you."
Next weeks finale is one of the most anticipated finals in the history of American Idol...
Leaving it to the battle of the Davids!
