Thankfully for us, Vicky Pattison and her trusty personal trainers Charlie King, Charlotte Holmes, Lee Constantinou, Rykard Jenkins, Shona Vertue, Tyronne Brennard and Joss Mooney are on hand to help 16 lucky individuals get beach body ready as the squad get ready for MTV’s brand new transformation show, Ex On The Beach: Body SOS.
Along the way, Vicky and the PTs will be providing us with some top industry tips and tricks for staying in shape, as well as helping our very brave indivduals transform their lives! It's time to embark on a mission to condition guys!
Celebrity personal trainer Tyrone believes the best way to get through really tough exercises is to 'mentally focus, dig deep and tell yourself that you can do it'.
Miss England star Charlotte Holmes also had some pretty solid advice too: 'If you get to a point where you're literally like I cannot do this anymore I'm going to collapse, go for 2 more reps!'.
Our PT's also had some rather cracking tips when it came to what to eat before a workout, with Shona choosing the healthier pre-workout snack: 'I always opt for a shake because I can throw in some fruit for those nutrients and a bit of carbohydrates and then some protein powder.' #YUMMERS
Vicky explained the importance of getting protein into your body as soon as you can after a workout, as she spoke exclusively with MTV: 'Immediately after you train you have a 30 minute golden window where your body needs to be replenished with protein. GIVE IT PROTEIN!'
