We all love a generous squirt of ketchup or a cheeky dollop of mayonnaise, but in this week's brand new episode of Ex On The Beach: Body SOS (TONIGHT @ 8pm on MTV!) we meet a girl who's learnt that too much sauce can cause rapid waistline expansion.
Becci's love affair with dirty dips has got Vicky Pattison canny worried. There's no time to waste, as this Northern lass gets packed off to bootcamp to sweat out those calorific condiments.

In this EXCLUSIVE sneak peek from tonight’s crazy episode, Becci swaps her naughty buffet for a muddy workout sesh.
We watch as Becci enjoys a lazy lunch in her back garden with bestie Esther and sister Rachel. What's on the menu? Pork pies...
But before they have time to digest their dirty lunch, the dreaded Tablet of Transformation kills their chill.
“We’re sat here enjoying a buffet,” says an annoyed Becci, before adding: “And the Tablet of Transformation is rude enough to go off."
The 27-year-old reveals the ToT's mean message to her: "Put down the sausage rolls and start the commando rolls. It’s time to get muddy."
Excited? Not a chance! The Doncaster gal isn't impressed: "Mud? I'm fuming."
Dunking pork pies into brown sauce was an unhealthy heaven compared to where Becci finds herself now: a filthy fitness course where she's going to get punished by Tyrone Brennard - an all-star personal trainer who ain't messing around!
"Wow!" says Becci when talking about her first impression of Tyrone. "This guy's standing up a hill looking like he’s some kind of terminator."
This ain't gonna be a gentle country walk. Oh no!
Tyrone doesn't hold back when discussing Becci's body goals, saying: "If she wants to shift the weight she needs to train six days a week," before the 32-year-old then adds: "Her diet also needs a total overhaul. No more booze, no more takeaways and definitely no more sauces."
Made In Chelsea's Binky Felstead and Mollie King from The Saturdays have been toned up by Tyrone, but Becci will need to work hard if she wants to have a celeb body too! Thankfully Tyrone has a secret workout weapon... a backpack full of sauce.
Explaining his unorthodox exercise apparatus, Tyrone says: "If Becci carries on the way she’s going, in one year she’s going to put on a stone and a half."
The yoga don goes onto reveal: "So what I’ve done is got a stone and a half of sauces in a backpack for her to run around in."
With a backpack bulging with BBQ sauce and other unhealthy condiments, Becci sweats her way up hills and through dirty ditches before admitting: "I’m a lot less fit than I thought I [sic] were. [I'm] panting like a dog."
However those hills are more like Broke-Back mountain for out of breath Becci. After doing some truck tyre squats, this lass is left seriously broken. So she dumps her backpack and storms off.
Taking time out from their tough training sesh, Tyrone comforts tearful Becci, saying: "I know it’s hard. If training was easy everyone would have the best body," adding: "In the next few weeks I want you to get stronger. I want you to train five to six times in the week."
Say goodbye buffet, and hello barbell.
Becci then confesses to camera: "Training five to six times a week? No idea how I’m going to do twelve weeks of this."
However, she's determined to get the body of her dreams: "I am going to do it. I am going to do it. "
