Since swapping Newcastle’s bars for barbells, Geordie gal Vicky underwent her very own body transformation and there’s no denying the lass is looking canny mint now!
But which celebs give this lass ultimate body goals? "Khloe Kardashian, Michelle Humes [and] Georgia (Kousoulou) from TOWIE," said the 30-year-old, before revealing: "Georgia trains at the same gym as me. So I know how hard she works."

Another The Only Way Is Essex fav, Charlie King, revealed which famous fellas give him gun goals, saying: "The three celebrities that I think have the best guns are The Rock, Zac Efron and Ryan Reynolds."

Obvs living the celeb lifestyle is hard work (all those parties and premieres must be 'zausting, right?) So how do these A-listers maintain a strong workout game?
Yoga don, Tyrone Brennand revealed the superstars' secret, saying: "If you’re living a really hectic lifestyle then obviously squeeze in some quick sessions, some high intensity sessions and just work out little bits every day."
The 31-year-old then added: "And keep it consistent. Consistency is key."
But if you still CBA with on-the-regz HIIT workouts; relax! Ex-Miss England Charlotte Holmes has some very welcome words of wisdom.
The former Britain's Next Top Model contestant explained: "I don’t believe in 'ultimate body goals' I’m afraid," before adding: "I think your body goals should be you, and your body, and what you can do with it."
And Char isn’t the only Beach Body SOS star who’s not here for body goals, with fellow fitness queen Shona Vertue not buying the idea either.
The yoga pro and cookbook author said: "Check yourself before you wreck yourself. You do not need to have a body like anyone else," before the Aussie added: "Your body is beautiful!"
