OMG. We're only ONE episode into the brand new series of Ex On The Beach and already, there's been enough explosive kick-offs and potential romances to last us a lifetime.

Well, almost.

Amongst all the #drama was a nasty shock for Zahida Allen, who was, er, treated to the surprise arrival of her ex Joe McLean just after she'd christened the penthouse with beach hunk Sean Pratt.

It was never going to end well, was it? Nice one, Tablet of Terror.

Speaking exclusively to MTV about how she felt when Joe washed up on the shore like Triton hellbent on finding out what his ex has been up to, Zahida admitted: "Joe's arrived onto the beach and I'm f**king sh*ting myself. I slept with Sean on the first night and I don't want Joe to know yet."

She added: "Some of those feelings come back from the past, the time when I used to love him, and I don't know if I want to work things out and be with him again - and he's having none of it. He's like, 'Ooo, Maisie, come here'."

Joe, meanwhile, explained exactly why he had such a meltdown at the beach, telling MTV: "The reason I kicked off so much is because there's definitely still feelings there. I still love the girl to be honest and I didn't wanna hear that she'd already done something by the time I got there."

Can these two sort things out?
