Love is hardly an easy game of Snap in real life, but put the L-word into the Ex On The Beach villa and suddenly, finding romance seems to get far more complicated than even the toughest Chess match.

As the spoiler video for next week's episode (airing Tuesday 7th February, 10pm on MTV - DO NOT MISS OUT) shows, things are turning out to be particularly tricky for poor Maisie Gillespie, withher hopes for rekindling something with her newly arrived ex, Geordie Shore's Aaron Chalmers, well and truly scratched by the man himself. Awks.

Oh Tablet of Terror, what have you done NOW?!

After sending everyone to get their competitive sides out in a go-karting race, the Tablet the pipes up to announce that Maisie and Aaron are off on a date - much to thedelight of Aaron's latest romantic interest, ZaraLena Jackson.

However, reassuring ZaraLena that nothing's going to happen, Aaron quickly tells her that he's 'not gonna mug her off', adding away from the track that he really hopes she trusts him.

On their date, Aaron and Maisie first get to make some poor plates feel the brunt of all their anger in a smashing masterclass, before heading off for a sophisticated evening meal - well, sophisticated in the sense of downing drinks and speaking about their romantic past: "Maisie couldn't be any more forward. She may as well take her clothes off, put the lemon in her mouth and get on my f**king plate."

Laying all her cards out on the table, Maisie tells Aaron exactly what she wants, saying: "I just wanna put it out on the table, obviously you know where I stand, I'm quite honest in my opinions, I'm not here forever, I don't want to be mugged off."

Going on to brand ZaraLena 'a bit sly', she adds away from the date: "Aaron is wasting his time (with ZaraLena). Just sack Zara off!"

Despite her best efforts though, 'out of action' Aaron is not about to go back on his promises, telling Maisie: "I would never mug a friend off, I class you as a friend, but the fact that I gave Zara my word - I would never go back on that."

Still, Maisie was keen to remind him that he 'knows where she is' if he fancies some 'fun', so who knows what the rest of Aaron's villa experience could bring, eh?
