Kylie Jenner Accused Of Copying Merch Designs From Another Brand

Fans reckon they've seen these designs before...

Kylie Jenner's merch collection might be flying off the rails like proverbial hot cakes, but she's now been hit with claims alleging she copied her designs from another brand.

In the latest batch of merch that's gone on sale at her New York pop-up store this week, there's a selection of tracksuits and items that some fans reckon are a knock-off ofCake Asia designs.

There's no denying that Kylie's flame sweats in particular bear resemblance to those Cake Asia already sell and a selection of fansaren't happy about the similarity, takingto Instagram comments en masse tocallKylie and her brand out.

Unfortunately for the youngest Kardashian, this isn't the first time she's been hit by copyright infringement claims either and she recently came to a settlement with makeup artist Vlada Haggarty, who claimed imagery from the Kylie Cosmetics holiday line were a copy ofmakeup looks shared on her Instagram.

While surelyneither Kylie or Cake Asia are the first to come up with the idea of printing flames on sweatshirt sleeves, you can see where fans are coming from. But let's hope they can come to a resolution one way or another.
