If you haven't already caught on we're talking about sweat here, and with those perfectly executed dance routines paired with belting out their high-energy poptunes it wouldn't surprise us if the girls wound up sweating more than you would onyour average Joe Wicks HIIT sesh.

Jade confirmed our suspicions tothe Mail Online, explaining: "I don't think we're sexing ourselves up. We're sweating our t*ts off on stage and we want to wear leotards!"

"It's comfortable to dance in and we're doing an hour and a half set, we're not going to come on to the stage in a tracksuit - it's just not practical," added the singer.
