The Independent reports that after topping the US box office for a fourth consecutive week and earning over $1.32bn, Paul Walker’s final film sits just behind Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2, which made $1.34bn following its release in 2011.
James Cameron’s Avatar still remains the highest-grossing movie of all time, taking a cool $2,787,965, 087 in 2009, with Titanic in second place after grossing $2,186,772,302 in 1997.
The Avengers is third place, with the sequel, Avengers: Age Of Ultron, yet to be released in the US, Japan and China - with the flick expected to do big things at the global box office.
Following the success of F&F7, Diesel recently confirmed that despite Walker’s death, there WILL be an eighth movie, which is due for release on April 14, 2017.
