Fast & Furious 7 Overtakes Frozen To Become Fifth Highest Grossing Movie Of All Time!
It seems there is no stopping 'Fast & Furious 7', with the flick now overtaking 'Frozen' to become the fifth highest-grossing movie of ALL TIME.
The Independent reports that after topping the US box office for a fourth consecutive week and earning over $1.32bn, Paul Walker’s final film sits just behind 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2', which made $1.34bn following its release in 2011.
Vin Diesel and Co’s seventh outing has also joined Avatar and Titanic by becoming the third ever film to take more than $1bn internationally (not including US domestic takings).
James Cameron’s 'Avatar 'still remains the highest-grossing movie of all time, taking a cool $2,787,965, 087 in 2009, with 'Titanic' in second place after grossing $2,186,772,302 in 1997.
The 'Avengers' is third place, with the sequel, 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron,'yet to be released in the US, Japan and China - with the flick expected to do big things at the global box office.
Following the success of F&F7, Diesel recently confirmed that despite Walker’s death, there WILL be an eighth movie, which is due for release on April 14, 2017.
