Paul Walker's Fast & Furious Character 'Will Be Retired'

Filmmakers reportedly seeking not to kill off policeman Brian O'Connor...

Paul Walker's character will retire in the Fast & Furious movies, it has been reported.
The popular actor, who died tragically at the age of 40 in November last year, played police officer Brian O'Connor in the street racing movie franchise.
The release date for Fast & Furious 7 - on which shooting was under way when Walker's fatal crash happened - has been put back to April 2015.
And The Hollywood Reporter claims that writer Chris Morgan is working on a script to incorporate footage shot by Paul before his death into a coherent story.
The site claims that the filmmakers hope to retire Walker's character rather than killing him off.
It was reported yesterday that Walker's friend [uuid=08cc934a-9e8b-4fa5-aa29-ae5e9d9ca3f8]Roger Rodas was driving his Porsche at 100mph[/uuid] shortly before the crash which killed them both.
