He admitted he had to hit the slopes this year instead, telling us: “I was supposed to be here last year but unfortunately I got way-layed by rehab so it was a point of honour to come back and do it.

 

“It's been a year sober now so it's nice to finally make it and all's good. Someone just said to me - you're a bit late!”

 

Norm’ has recently released an album with David Byrne called Here Lies Love which features a raft of guests including Florence and the Machine and Santogold.

 

Asked by MTV News who he still dreamed of working with Fatboy said: “On my wish list are Bootsy Collins, Iggy Pop, The Chemical Brothers and (The Reverend) Al Green.

 

“Though I think he's heard what a godless heathen I am and doesn't want to work with me!”
