Ferne McCann's Loved Ones Are 'Worried' As She Deals With "The Immense Strain" Of The Father Of Her Child Being Arrested

Family close to Ferne McCann have expressed concern for her after the father of her unborn baby was arrested for attempted murder.

The Towie star and This Morning presenter had only recently found love with Arthur Collins when he was charged with the serious crime after being allegedly involved in a violent club attack in the early hours of April 17.

A number of guests suffered injuries (two reportedly left blind) when acid was thrown over them in a club in Hackney – with Arthur arrested almost a week later after being on the run from police.

Before the attack occurred Ferne and Arthur had planned to marry – and reports that Ferne was pregnant with his child emerged in the hours surrounding his arrest.

Now a friend has said those close to Ferne fear for her as the strain weighs heavily on her.

“Ferne’s family are increasingly worried about the TV star, who is struggling under the immense strain of the past week’s events,” a source told the Mirror.

“Despite being in the early stages of pregnancy, she has lost a lot of weight and looks worn out,' the source added.
