Charlie Hunnam Speaks After Fifty Shades Exit

Former male lead breaks his silence in wake of departure from movie...

Charlie Hunnam has broken the silence he had maintained since [uuid=8e7a4762-09b7-411b-b325-6a26b3c81ba9]his surprise departure[/uuid] from the movie adaptation of Fifty Shades Of Grey.
And the Sons Of Anarchy actor, who was due to play the male lead in the big screen version of the erotic novel, has declared that he is planning to spend more time with his family.
Hunnam, who lost his father earlier this year, told E! Online: "I am doing good. I am just really concentrating on work. It's been a really busy time.
"I have had some family stuff going on so just trying to stay focused and stay positive and keep trying to do a good job at work and be with my family and stay positive.
"I've got some family stuff I have to tend to. So when I wrap the show, I am going to go to England and see my people and then I have a film that I am doing with Guillermo [del Toro]. So I am going to go and do that and concentrate on the final seasons of Sons."
And he dropped a hint that fans of the biker show might get more than they had been expecting.
"There's rumour that we might do a couple of more episodes and do a little bit of an extended season next year, so we will see if that happens. It may or it may not. But I just want to finish that strong and go on to a new chapter of life."
It was recently reported that Jamie Dornan is [uuid=c77d06c4-4347-46f9-8864-a5ce9046e524]the front runner[/uuid] to take the Fifty Shades role.
And meanwhile, female lead Dakota Johnson has been described as a "rock" by Fifty Shades producer Michael De Luca.
Speaking to E! Online, De Luca said: "She's just so Anastasia Steele. She's the best partner a producer could have.
"She's helping us look through the candidates to see which chemistry kind of captures our attention."
He would not comment on the reports regarding Dornan - but said the job should be filled within a month.
