Find Out Which Infamous Scene WON'T Make The Fifty Shades Movie
Director spills the beans on one of the book's most notorious passages...
Fifty Shades Of Grey director Sam Taylor Johnson has revealed that one of the most, erm, memorable scenes from the novel is definitely not making the transition to the movie screen.
Speaking to Variety, the British filmmaker said of the infamous "tampon" scene that: "It was never even discussed."
If you're not familiar with the scene in question, then we're happy to keep it that way - and you can read the book if you're curious!
And star Jamie Dornan has reiterated his assertion that fans will not be feasting their eyes on his junk in the movie.
He told the mag: "They were privy to everything, just not my manhood."
Describing the flesh-coloured modesty pouch he wore during filming, he continued: "It's like one of those little satchels that Robin Hood or someone of that era would have tied on to his belt.
"There's no back. It's tiny. I mean, it's not tiny! Because it's got to hold a lot."
The 32-year-old also revealed that his biggest anxiety about the movie is that audiences will see his "sex face".
"For all the reasons anyone would think, most people would like to keep their sex face private," he said.
"The idea of a million people seeing that! I hope it happens quite fast."
The movie is set for release on 14 February.
