One of the main cast members from hit TV show Mad Men has pointed out the similarity between an old poster for the show and the promo image for Fifty Shades Of Grey.

January Jones, who plays Betty in the AMC show, posted a snap of the Fifty Shades promo on the side of a building on her Instagram account and made a pointed comment about its originality.

She wrote: "Does this look familiar to anyone else? #madmenpostercirca2010"

The Fifty Shades poster shows star Jamie Dornan with his back to the camera, surveying a city skyline.

And the Mad Men poster she is referring to features Jon Hamm as Don Draper, also looking out of an office window at a monochrome cityscape.
