Hollywood hunkRyan Gosling is reportedly in the frame to play the male lead in the movie adaptation of erotic bestseller Fifty Shades Of Grey.
The husband of writer EL James has let slip that Gosling is the frontrunner for the sought-after role.
Speaking to Now, Niall Leonard said that "last [he] heard", Gosling was the most likely contender to play Christian Grey.

Chris Pine, Ian Somerhalder and Alexander Skarsgard have previously been reported to be in contention.
Leonard also denied that he was the inspiration for the bondage fetishist, saying: "I'm glad I'm not him because he's actually damaged… I wouldn't have liked to go through what he went through."
