Cassey Ho is the Pilates guru of the internet and has a range of videos from beginner to wizard that will get you in shape in no time. She also gifts her followers with free work-out calendars that keep you motivated and in check.
2. If you fancy bodyweight training…
Craig Ballantyne will get you moving with a bunch of resistance training workouts that don’t require any equipment. Plus they’re short so you can fit them in even when you're short on time.

When we hear the term ‘CrossFit’ we think black hole of death and tiredness. And XHIT Daily aren’t disagreeing but at least they’re honest about it.
