Celebrity Workouts IRL: The Music Video Dance Class

Living out our childhood music video dreams.

Since our night-out dance moves usually consist of some awkward swaying and theeven more awkward slow side-step,we thought it was about time we headed down to Frame to learn how to throw some real shapes.

Yes, we DID just say THROW SHAPES. Sorry not sorry.

What exactly does it entail?

Frame say their music video classes 'challenge your co-ordination and mental agility by having a go at your favourite artists. A fun way to work out and tone'.

In other words, they're all about embracing your inner Beyoncé, letting any inhibitions fly away and dancing your heart out like no-one's watching.

During the class, you're taught a fab routine to a song that you'll no doubt be lip-syncing away to, putting all the moves together at the end so you can pretend you really are living out your music video dreams.

Childhood dream - ACHIEVED.

Why the celebs love it...

Whether it's in an actual music video, an Instagram video or a ten-second Snapchat, we could give you an endless list of celebrities who aren't shy about showing off their favourite moves. Because who doesn't love to feel like a real-life popstar, right?

Sweat Factor...

If you REALLY go for it, be prepared to be dabbing your brow.

Enjoyment Factor...

Err, when can we go back please?

Could you move the next day?

Yep - Enough to perform our newly-learnt routine to anyone who would watch during the day. Aka no-one.

If you want to get your dance on like we did, then check out Frame's website.
