This Pilates Trick Will Give You A Butt Like Kylie Jenner
Most people don't wake up with a perfectly rounded butt in the morning, but if you're willing to put in some seriously hard work, the arse of dreams isn't remotely out of your grasp.
It turns out that we're all capable of having a bum so perfect it can make grown adults weep: all that's needed is a particular Pilates trick worshipped by masses of Instagram models and er, Kylie Jenner, of course.
The trick in question involves a contrapment called a Pilates reformer, which might *look* like a medieval torture device but is actually your new best friend. Go figure.According to Cosmopolitan, all you do on the board is place one foot on the moving section, one foot on the edge, squat a little, place your hands on your waist, and push out the leg that's on the carriage.
Sounds at least vaguely simple, right?Well, the one major drawback on the whole routine is that you have to repeat the action THIRTY times for each leg, which sounds more-than-a-little exhausting.
But, explaining that the pain *is* worth all the pleasure, Caron Bosler of Pilates Squared revealed why that specific movement is so great for your butt."Kicking out and in is the best reformer exercise to work the glutes and abs at the same time", he says. "It is particularly good for the outside of the thighs (aka saddle bags) and toning up your bum so it looks pert."
So, for anyone in the noble pursuit of imitating Kylie's butt, the path ahead is clear.
