It’s no secret that superheroes are strong AF. While we can’t make you fly, become invisible or get laser eyes, we can help you embrace your super strength with this amazing Wasp Workout training routine, created by Hollie Grant (aka The Pilates PT).
The Wasp Workout was inspired by Evangeline Lilly’s #WaspWorkout training vids on Instagram as she got fit for the physically demanding role of The Wasp in Ant-Man and The Wasp. Evangeline’s exercises can be done at home and tend to use body weight or simple equipment such as dumbbells, along with all-important stretches.
