This Is What Zac Efron Is Eating To Maintain Those Serious Baywatch Abs
Not a diet we massively fancy ourselves.
If you've been anywhere near the internet in the last couple of weeks, you can't have missed the photos of Zac Efron and his enormous abs filming scenes for the new Baywatch movie.
Seriously, these photos are nearly better than that time he got shirtless and sweaty galloping down the beach on a horse, and that really does take some beating.
But while Zefron's always had a pretty impressive pair of pectorals, he's clearly been hitting the gym in a serious way and has come ready to film the flick with some next level abs on the go. Naturally these don't come without some serious effort and if you're wondering just what his diet is like when working on getting this kind of 10-pack, the answer is every bit as hardcore as you'd imagine.
Doing the kind thing and revealing his current eating habits to the internet, Zac's revealed his Baywatch diet plan and while it's clearly working like a charm, we have to say we'd much rather him than us, Mainlt as it involves no carbs or sugar (aka ALL the good things in life) and means he's eating nothing but plain protein and iron rich greens.
Still, Zac clearly still knows how to party and isn't letting his bod rule his life all the time...
Q. Is there anything sexier than the thought of Zac Efron shirtless and eating mac and cheese? A. NO. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Sidenote: please don't even try to tell us that he probably ate his mac while wearing a top because until someone confirms that being shirtless at all times is not part of his Baywatch contract, we will continue to refuse to believe otherwise.
