Hip-hop legend-turned-reality TV star Flavor Flav has been arrested after allegedly threatening his fiancé and her son with two knives.
The 53-year-old Public Enemy star is reported by the Associated Press to have thrown Elizabeth Trujillo, his partner of eight years, to the floor twice and then chased her 17-year-old son and threatened to kill him.
The incident is claimed to have happened after a row at their home in Las Vegas on Wednesday night, with Flav - real name William Drayton - being nabbed by cops at 3.30am.
According to the AP: "The teen told police he ran to his sister's upstairs bedroom, where he said Drayton kicked in the door and threatened him while still holding both knives."
Drayton is now being held on $23,000 bail at the Clark County jail - with an initial court appearance scheduled for today on a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor count of battery-domestic violence.
If convicted he could face up to six years in prison on the assault charge.
