Flo Rida Sued For $200,000 By Concert Promoter
Rapper is reportedly being sued for cancelling tour in Canada…
Flo Rida is being sued for $200,000 (£128,000) by a concert promoter for pulling out of a tour in Canada, according to TMZ.
The site reports that the rapper pulled out of the tour organised by Spin Artist Agency (SAA) just one day before it was due to begin last year.
In the lawsuit, SAA claims that the rapper signed up to perform 10 shows between 3 July to 12 July 2011 - but didn’t show up.
They are now suing Flo Rida for breach of contract and demanding damages of at least $200,000 in lost ticket, concession and alcohol sales.
