Frank Ocean Releases New Track ‘Lens’ & A Travis Scott Remix
"I got twoooo versions."
UPDATE: A SURPRISE FIFTH EPISODE OF FRANK OCEAN'S BEATS 1 SHOW 'BLONDED' IS STREAMING RIGHT NOW - LISTEN HERE.
UPDATE 2: FRANK OCEAN JUST RELEASED A NEW VERSION OF 'SLIDE ON ME' (FROM ENDLESS) FEATURING YOUNG THUG - LISTEN HERE.
After breaking his years of silence in 2016 with the release of Endless and Blond, Frank Ocean just can’t stop dishing out new music these days, can he?
Debuted on the fourth edition of Frank’s Blonded Radio show on Beats 1, where the recently released ‘Chanel’ and ‘Biking’ were also dropped, ‘Lens’ is a stripped-back track where Frank, his voice drenched in auto-tune, appears to lament a relationship that didn’t work out.
Continuing his “I got twoooooo versions” phrase, there’s another version – ‘Lens V2’ - that features a verse from Travis Scott near the end.
Travis Scott was definitely not unhappy about getting to work with Frank Ocean, saying: “Woke up this morning realizing f*ck the verse I work on a beat with Frank and Mike #lifegoal”.
Listen to both versions of ‘Lens’ below.
Frank Ocean recently teamed up with Calvin Harris and Migos for the summery, feel-good 'Slide'. It's brilliant. Listen here.
Want to see Frank Ocean live? You can. He'll be headlining Parklife and Lovebox this summer.
Frank gave an extended interview with The New York Times back in November about dating, the MTV VMAs and the GRAMMYs. See what he had to say here.
